With a focus on the client’s investor's goals and objectives, the group is committed to forging successful partnerships that identify strong value-add opportunities and position those properties for success. The team accomplishes this through a suite of services, from sourcing properties and conducting due diligence, to investor recruitment and aspects of operations. Eli Neuberg
President
Eli Neuberg has served as a director of real estate acquisitions and development, finance liaison, portfolio manager and licensed real estate appraiser during his career. Additionally, Neuberg is also a Licensed Real Estate Broker (NY) and MLS and LIBOR affiliate. As an operations manager, his career highlights have included managing Multiple multi-million dollar projects In New York.
Neuberg is experienced in business development, market analysis, negotiations, broker relationship building, joint ventures, strategic planning, P&L management, property revitalization, cost reduction, project management, underwriting, financial analysis, lease abstracts and property management. He holds a BA in Economics/Business/Finance and is a graduate of Wharton Business School with a Post Graduate Certificate in Strategic Investments and Portfolio Management. He also holds a MS in Real Estate from New York University.

He has served successful teams in Miami, Manhattan, and Dallas throughout his career. O’Malley is a results-driven individual with professional experience in both publicly traded and privately held enterprises.
He is versed in property and market analytics, investor relations, underwriting, contract and lease negotiations, business development, due diligence, advertising, and broker relations. O’Malley obtained a BBA from Miami Herbert Business School at the University of Miami (FL) and holds a real estate license in the states of Pennsylvania, Florida, and Texas.
